For Mobile Financials

  1. Log in to the application
    1. Tap the Username field and specify your username.
    2. Tap the Password field and specify your password.
    3. Tap Sign In. The menu page is displayed.
  2. Verify ap access
    1. Log in to the application.
    2. If you have enabled ap or ap_approve values for the MobileFinancials attribute, you should see icons for AP Invoices and Vendors. You cannot see these icons if neither is enabled. See Assign custom values to Mobile Financials users.
  3. Verify ar access
    1. Log in to the application.
    2. If you have enabled the ar value for the MobileFinancials attribute, you should see icons for AR Invoices and Customers. You cannot see these icons if ar is not enabled. See Assign custom values to Mobile Financials users.
  4. Enable Mobile InBasket
    1. Log in to the application.
    2. Tap the Settings.
    3. In the Show Mobile InBasket field, select ON.
    4. Tap Done to save changes.

      The Mobile InBasket icon should now appear in the menu page.

  5. Verify gl access
    1. Log in to the application.
    2. If you have enabled gl or gl_approve values for the MobileFinancials attribute, you should see icons for GL Journals and Recurring Journals. You cannot see these icons if neither is enabled. See Assign custom values to Mobile Financials users.
