Unable to log into the Mobile application

Verify that your username and password are entered correctly in the mobile application.

Verify that the user you are logging in as has been properly configured in Lawson Security.

Verify that you can connect to the Application Server from the mobile device. You can do this by trying to access the Portal web page on your mobile browser. If you do not have access your browser should report an error such as "Website not found". If this is the case, you will need to identify a valid connection method from your phone. This may be through a VPN, a private corporate WI-FI network, or other means.

If you have questions or encounter problems while running the application, contact your company system administrator who performed the EMSS installation rather than Lawson Global Support.
