Smart Recon queue build (MA167)

Run Smart Recon queue build (MA167) to build worklist (MAWORKQ) for all PO invoices, except Service agreement and non match Add-On Cost only, to process match through Smart Reconciliation, a web application. This program could take some time to run based on the number of invoices that are available for the company to process through reconciliation. It is recommended that it be run through scheduler on non-peak hours. Running program with Delete option and user ID will remove invoice from the worklist for that user. Note: It is recommended to run with User ID if Delete option is selected
