Deleting work orders for rescheduling purposes

When work orders need to be deleted, it is helpful to have source document information, such as planned and rescheduled quantities, source documents, and demand, backordered, and originally scheduled quantities. With this information, you make more informed decisions about which work orders need to be deleted.

You cannot delete work orders that have production feedback, were cancelled, or that have been completed. Also, you cannot delete a work order if it is being completed offsite. For information on offsite processing, see Offsite processing and Sending work orders offsite.
