Generating a European Community Sales Report

You can run European Community Sales Report (TX130) to generate a flat file containing all the information required for your quarterly European Community Sales List report. This procedure gives instructions for generating a European Community Sales Report.

Generate a European Community Sales Report

  1. Access Tax Report Maintenance for Value Added Tax (TX06.1).
  2. Define your reporting information.
  3. Click the Sales List button. Set up tax codes to use to retrieve the tax transaction records.
  4. Access Tax Calendar Maintenance (TX08.1).
  5. Define the tax year and periods in sequential order.
  6. Access Value Added Tax Return Report (TX120).
  7. Run TX120 in Update mode for all periods in your reporting quarter before you run your European Community Sales Report for that quarter.
