Generating a Belgian Purchase and Sales Report

This procedure gives instructions for generating a Belgian Purchase and Sales Report.

Generate a Belgian Purchase and Sales Report

  1. Run Value Added Tax Return Report (TX120) for the same year and period in Update mode.
  2. Run Purchase and Sales Report - Belgium (TX125) in Update mode to produce a comma-separated value (CSV) file that contains the detailed tax transaction information you need for the Belgian Purchase and Sales Report.
  3. After the CSV file has been created, transfer the CSV file to your PC.

    • For UNIX users, the CSV file is located in the $LAWDIR/ productline /work/ TX125CSV-FILE directory.

    • For Windows NT users, the CSV file is located in the %LAWDIR%\ productline \work\ TX125CSV-FILE directory.

    • For IBM i users, the CSV file is located in the /LAWDIR/ productline /work/ TX125CSV-FILE directory.

  4. Use Microsoft Excel (or another editor) to compute the totals you need for your Belgian Purchase and Sales Report.
