Adding, changing, or deleting tax transactions manually

You can add, change, or delete tax transactions manually. For example, you can manually add a tax transaction from a non-Lawson application. This procedure gives instructions for manually adding, changing, or deleting tax transactions.

Add, change, or delete tax transactions manually

  1. Access Tax Transaction (TX04.1).
  2. Make the necessary additions or changes.
  3. Select the Add, Change, or Delete form action according to your needs
  4. Select one of these tabs for more information.
    Select this tab To specify information on
    Invoice Information Invoice numbers and amounts, tax amounts, and tax point dates
    System Information Which Lawson application the transaction originated from and the process level assigned
    Posting Information General ledger accounts and posting dates
