Loading Lawson-defined attributes

Before you define elements and attributes, you must load the Lawson-defined attributes and elements. If you will be using transaction attributes, you must also load the available subledger fields that can be linked to any application that uses attributes. This procedure describes how to load Lawson-defined attributes, and subledger attributes.

Note: Loading Lawson-defined attributes is a procedure that you only need to perform once.
  1. Run Attribute, Element Load (MX100) to load attributes and elements required in Attribute Matrix and used in other subsystems.
  2. If you will use transaction attributes, then you must run Subledger Attribute Load (GL106) to load available subledger fields that you can link to transactions.
