Inquiry-Only tasks

Some of the tasks in Employee Self-Service allow employees to only view, and not modify, information.

These are some examples:

• Leave Balances allows an employee to view his or her current eligible balances in vacation, sick, or other time management plans.

• Policy Manual enables employees to view your organization's policy handbook.

• Review History task lists an employee's completed performance reviews.

These tasks do not allow employees to update any data. They are strictly used to view data only.
