Setting up the Explorer Careers tab

  1. Access Job Classes (HR05.1) and define the job classes.
  2. Access Job Code (HR06.1) and define the job and link the job classes to job codes.
  3. Access Qualifications (PA08.1) and define the job qualifications.
  4. Access Education (PA20.1), Competencies (PA 21.1), and Certifications (PA22.1).
  5. Define the employee qualifications.
