Defining a status code for external applicants

To enable external applicants to apply for job openings, you must identify an applicant status for the web applicant form to use. You can define a special applicant status to identify which applicants applied through Applicant Self-Service.

Complete these steps to define a status code for external applicants:

  1. Access Applicant Status (PA30.1).
  2. Specify the Status and Description fields with your status code.
