Defining lock-out dates

Access Time Entry Pay Period Dates (HS03.1).

Select the form action Inquire. The pay period dates for the selected company are displayed in the Pay Period fields.

On the line of the relevant pay period, select the dates to be used for time record entry in the Time Entry Start and Time Entry Stop fields.

Select the time entry dates to be locked out (for employees and managers) in the Lock Out Start and Lock Out Stop fields.

Note: If you specify lock out dates, then the employees and managers are completely locked out on these days for all pay periods. A Read Only version of the time entry screen is displayed on lock out days.
