Configuring access for India Payroll bookmarks

Employee and Manager Self-Service includes bookmarks that provide functionality for Lawson India Payroll under the Employee Self-Service Pay bookmark menu. If you are using the Lawson India Payroll solution, then you must set the appropriate access to these bookmarks. By default, these bookmarks are not accessible to your EMSS users.

• If you are using Lawson India Payroll, then use Bookmark Manager to set the access flag to A (Allow Access) for the India Investments, India Paychecks, India Previous Employment, and India Voluntary Provident Fund bookmarks.
  Note: Only do this for the bookmarks that you will use.
• If you are not using Lawson India Payroll, then use Bookmark Manager to set the access flag to D (Deny Access) for the India Investments, India Paychecks, India Previous Employment, and India Voluntary Provident Fund bookmarks.
