Enabling employee registration for training

Before employees can register for training, you must define the training courses using any of these tasks:
  • Categories
  • Tracks
  • Courses

Defining training course categories

  1. Access HR Code Setup (HR04.1).
  2. Define the course categories.
  3. Access Course (TR01.1).
  4. Define the course codes and link those course codes to course categories.

Defining training course tracks

  1. Access Course (TR01.1).
  2. Define the course categories.
  3. Access Track (TR05.1).
  4. Define the course tracks.
  5. Access Track Courses (TR06.1).
  6. Link the courses to track.

Defining training courses

  1. Access Course (TR01.1).
  2. Define the courses.
  3. Click Prerequisites.
  4. Define the prerequisites and click Add.
  5. Click Sessions.
  6. Define the sessions and click Add.
