Enabling the certification graph on the My Job Profile form

  1. Access Certification (HR81.1).
  2. To show qualifications on the graph, select 2 (Display Only) or 3 (Update) in the Web Available field.
  3. Access Qualifications (PA08.1).
  4. Select qualifications for the job or position.
  5. Access Certification (PA22.1).
  6. Select qualifications for the employee.
  7. When you click the link for a competency showing on the graph, you have the option to view the training courses available to improve that competency. To enable that, access Course Certifications (TR03.1).
  8. Assign appropriate courses to certification codes.
