Enabling the Competency Profile task
Note: If an employee has no record or an
expired record for a required competency in Competencies (PA21.1) or
Certifications (PA22.1), then an Overdue message is
displayed on the employee's profile.
The Competency Profile task shows competencies and certifications required by job or position. For each requirement, the employee's current status is displayed. Besides the required competencies, additional employee information is shown at the top of the Competency Profile. If you specified data for any of these items on the applicable forms, then the information is displayed.
Note: If you specify work restrictions for
an employee in Work Restriction (PA15.2), then you must specify both
start and end dates for the restrictions to shows on the Competency Profile.
