Enabling the Beneficiary task

You must confirm that the employees are enrolled in one or more of these benefits plan types before they can specify beneficiary information:

  • Defined Benefits

  • Defined Contributions

  • Employee Life/AD&D

  • Disability

Verifying the benefit plan enrollment

  1. Access Employee Benefit Changes (BN32.1).
  2. Verify that the employee is enrolled in one of the benefit plan types mentioned.

Verifying prerequisite data to view beneficiaries

  1. Access Beneficiaries (BN47.1).
  2. Verify that the employee has specified beneficiaries.
