Defining hours per day in Absence Management (LP) (optional)

Note: To view leave balances in both and hours, you must define a conversion rule. If you do not define the rule, then only hours are displayed for Absence Management.
  1. Access Hours to Days Conversion Rule (ES02.3).
  2. Specify the number of hours in a work day for your company in the Hours per Day field.
