This table describes the web benefits record types:

2 | 2 - Coverage Amount Flat Amount | All valid types | Shows the Coverage Amount as a Flat Amount with appropriate label for employee, spouse, and/or dependent amounts. | Employee or Dependent Life plans |
3 | 2 - Coverage Amount Multiple of Salary | All valid types | Shows the various multiples of salary the employee can select, with the multiple, calculated coverage, and calculated cost for each multiple. Limit displays. Employees select multiple desired option. | Employee Life plans based on multiple of salary |
4 | 2 - Coverage Amount Supplemental | All valid types | Shows the increments of coverage the employee can elect, and the minimum and maximum coverage. Employees specify their desired coverage amount. | Employee Life plans based on specified dollar increments |
5 | 2 - Coverage Amount Percent | All valid types | Shows the calculated percent of coverage along with the covered monthly salary. | Disability plans (for example, coverage is 60% of salary) |
