Defining the number of dependents per coverage option

This procedure shows you how to specify the number of dependents an employee can add for each benefit plan.

This procedure is optional.

  1. Access Benefits Number of Dependents (BS04.1).
  2. Specify the necessary information. If you do not specify a number of dependents, then an employee can specify an unlimited number of dependents.
    Note: If you set up plans with specific numbers of dependents (for example, EE+1 dependent), then this is set as default to this form.
