Performing additional setup

Note: Majority of the functionality for managers in Career Management Center is enabled by the same setup described in the Employee portion of this chapter to enable functionality for employees in Career Management Center. This procedure addresses data or setup that must exist in the HR suite to enable the additional features for managers.
  1. Access Review (PA26.1) and specify the employee review history.
  2. Specify the employee training history. You can specify information using any of these options:
    • Access Employee Training History (TR21.1) and manually specify the history.

    • Access Session Completion (TR22.1) and specify the completion of training courses.

  3. Specify employee training registration. You can specify information using any of these options:
    • Access Session Registration (TR20.1) and specify the registration information.

    • Access Mass Registration (TR20.2) and specify the registration information.

    • Access Group Session Registration (TR120) and specify the registration information.

    • Access Job Code Session Registration (TR121) and specify the registration information.
