Copying a report

You can create a new report by copying an existing one. This provides a fast way to duplicate report parameter information that is similar to a report you have already defined. After copying a report, you can modify it to create a report with a slight variation. Use this procedure to copy a report.

  1. Access Report Writer (RW00.1).
  2. Click Copy to access Report Copy (RW00.6).
  3. Specify a name for the new report that you want to create.
  4. Select the folder where you want to put the new report.
  5. Select the existing report that you want to copy.
