Report output options

When you generate a report, you need to select the report output option that best meets your needs. This table describes the available options that you can use:

Report option Description
Report Creates only the report.
Spreadsheet Creates a comma-separated value (CSV) file that you can transfer to your PC and view with spreadsheet software.
Report/Spreadsheet Creates a report and a CSV file.
Report/Drill Around Creates a report that lets you use the Drill Around feature in the report. Use this option to view the supporting detail behind specific values in the report.
Report/Spreadsheet/Drill Around Creates a report, a CSV file, and lets you use the Drill Around feature in the report.
Report/HTML File Creates a report and a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) output file. The HTML file option is available only for Financial Self Service users.
Report/HTML File/Drill Around Creates a report, an HTML output file, and lets you use the Drill Around feature in the report.
Report/XML File Creates a report and a Extended Markup Language (XML) output file.
