Uses of groups or lists

You can select groups or lists on a variety of Report Writer forms:

On You can select
Level Range (RW00.2) A level group or accounting unit list to indicate which portion of the organization you want to create a report
Account Range (RW00.3) An account group, subaccount group, or account list to indicate which accounts you want to create a report
Additional Information (RW10.5) An account group, subaccount group, or account list to select account or subaccount information to include in the row line
Additional Information (RW10.6) A level group or accounting unit list to define organizational level information to include in the row line
Additional Information (RW10.7) An account group, subaccount group, level group, account list, or accounting unit list to select information to included in the row line
Level Override (RW20.5) A level group or accounting unit list to override any level ranges previously defined in any row type
Account Override (RW20.6) An account group, subaccount group, or account list to override any account ranges previously defined in any row type
Total Names (RW70.1) An account group, subaccount group, level group, account list, or accounting unit list to include in the total name
