Adding comments

You can add comments to an existing requisition. After you have added the requisition to the application, it becomes an existing requisition.

To Select
Add comments for the entire requisition

The Add Comments button on the Header form tab.

Select Invoice Comments to add comments that are attached to the purchase order (they do not print on documents).

Add comments that apply to an individual line

The Add Comments button on the Line Detail form tab of the Lines tab.

Select Invoice Comments to add comments that are attached to the purchase order (they do not print on documents).
