Options for assigning attribute values

Click the By Attribute button on RQ Location Attributes (RQ01.2) to access Values by RQ Location Attributes (RQ01.3). Use this subform to assign attribute values for one attribute to multiple requesting locations. All eligible requesting locations display, and you can populate attribute values for the attribute specified. Click the Preview button to list the locations within the attribute list. After choosing the Preview button, select or specify the attribute.

Click the Manual List button on RQ Location Attributes (RQ01.2) to manually update the attribute list for a requesting location. If you click the Convert to Manual button, the attribute list is converted to Manual. After converted, the attribute list cannot be Automatic again.

Run Attribute Value Population (MX500) to assign a user-defined attribute value to requesting locations in an attribute list. This program lets you overwrite previously assigned attribute values.
