Updating an existing template

  1. Access the available template bookmark:
    • All Templates

    • Location Templates

    • Requester Templates

  2. Click an existing template.

    You can display templates by company, location, requester, or unassigned (no participants assigned yet).

  3. To add or remove items from the template, click Change Items.
    • To add an item, select it and click Add.

    • To remove an item, select it from the template on the right-hand side and click the trash can icon.

      The item is deleted from the list and the line item order is renumbered accordingly.

  4. To copy an existing template, click Copy.
  5. To print an existing template, click Print.
  6. To change the participants assigned to the template (using the All Templates bookmark), click Participants.
    • To add more participants, specify or select the information and click Add.

    • To remove a participant, click the trash can icon next to the existing participant.

  7. To change a quantity for a line item, specify the new quantity in the Quantity field.
  8. To change the order in which items display on the template, change the line number in the Line column.

    The items are renumbered accordingly.
