Creating the Payroll Register

The Payroll Register (PR141) provides a hard copy of the payroll. Use this information for balancing and auditing payroll records.

To create the payroll register

  1. Access Payroll Register (PR141).
    Note: To maintain an electronic copy of Payroll Register (PR141), change the job to a unique name each time you submit the job.
  2. Create the register. Creating the Payroll Register (U.S. and CA)
  3. Select the Submit form action to submit the job.

    Print Payroll Register (PR141) before completing Payroll Close (PR197) to obtain a permanent record. The Payroll Register (PR141) cannot be recreated after Payroll Close (PR197) is complete.
