Options for assigning attribute values

Click the By Attribute button on Buyer Attributes (PO04.5) to access Values by Buyer Attributes (PO04.6). Use this subform to assign attribute values for one attribute to multiple buyers. All eligible buyers display, and you can populate attribute values for the attribute specified. Click the Preview button to list the buyers within the attribute list. After clicking the Preview button, type or select the attribute.

Click the Manual List button on Buyer Attributes (PO04.5) to manually update the attribute list for a buyer. If you click the Convert to Manual button, the attribute list is converted to Manual. Once converted, the attribute list cannot be Automatic again.

Run Attribute Value Population (MX500) to assign a user-defined attribute value to items in an attribute list. This program lets you overwrite previously assigned attribute values.
