Tracking health and safety incident follow-up

Track incident follow-up information such as office visits, corrective actions, or workers compensation claim information.

To track health and safety follow-up

  1. Access Incident Follow Up (PA90.2).
  2. In the Establishment field, select the appropriate establishment for the incident. If your organization uses only one establishment, leave this field blank.
  3. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Status

    Select an incident status. To create a new incident status, select Define.

    Category

    Select a follow up category for the incident. To create a category for the follow up step, select Define.

    Type

    Select a follow up type for the incident. To create a type for the follow up step, select Define.

  4. On the More tab, record additional incident follow-up information.
  5. Select the Add form function.
