Set up your EEO-1 parameters for each establishment of a multi-establishment company. The parameters for each establishment become the report headings for that establishment in EEO-1 Report (PA390). Personnel Administration includes employees in an establishment based on the combination of process level, department, and location you assign to them on Employee (HR11.1). If employees are assigned a combination of process level, department, and location that is not set up as an establishment, the report places them in the default establishment defined in EEO-1 Company (PA93.1).

To define an individual establishment for a multi-establishment company

  1. Access EEO-1 Multi-Establishment (PA93.2).
  2. In the Main tab, define the company address that appears on the EEO-1 report. If this is left blank, the application uses the default establishment address when creating the reports.
  3. In the Entity Type field, select the option that indicates whether this is a headquarters or an establishment. This is a required field. Only one headquarters is set up for a company.
  4. In the Employer Numbers tab, use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    EIN

    Type the IRS Employer Identification Number of the establishment. If you leave this field blank, the report uses the EIN you defined on EEO-1 Company (PA93.1).

    EEO Company Number

    Type the EEO company prefix assigned by the EEOC. If you leave this field blank, the report uses the EEO prefix you defined on EEO-1 Company (PA93.1).

  5. Complete the questions on the EEO-1 Sec B, D, E tab as appropriate.
  6. Complete the question on the EEO-1 Sec C tab as appropriate.
  7. Select the Add form function.
  8. In the Main tab, click the Selection Criteria button to access Selection Criteria (PA93.4).

    On Selection Criteria (PA93.4), define which set of employees to include in the establishment you defined on EEO-1 Multi-Establishment (PA93.2). You define the set of employees according to process level, department, and location.

    Note: To include all departments within a process level of the selection criteria, select the process level and then type *All in the department field.
  9. Select the Change form function.
