Defining emergency contacts

Track information about your employee's emergency contacts.

To define emergency contacts

  1. Access Emergency Contacts (PA12.1).
  2. Complete the form using the following guidelines:
    Contact

    Type an emergency contact identifying number. If you leave this field blank, the application assigns a unique sequence number to each emergency contact you define.

    Last Name

    Type the last name of the emergency contact person.

    First Name

    Type the first name of the emergency contact person.

    Middle Initial

    Type the middle initial of the emergency contact person.

    Relationship

    Type a description of the relationship between the emergency contact and the employee.

  3. Select the Add form function.
  4. To define additional contacts, change the number in the Contact field. Clear the previously defined fields and return to step 2.
