Options for tracking health and safety incidents

The following options are available from Health, Safety Incident (PA90.1).

• Click the Follow Up button to access Incident Follow Up (PA90.2). Tracking health and safety incident follow-up

• Click the Costs button to access Incident Costs (PA90.3). Tracking health and safety incident costs

• Click the Comments button to access Comments (HR90.1) and type additional comments about the incident.
