Defining EEO-5 data

Define your data for the EEO-5 Report. The EEO-5 report categorizes the school(s) and/or district(s) employee’s ethnicity and EEO job category. EEO ethnicity is associated with each employee on Employee (HR11.1). EEO categories are associated with each job code on Job Code (HR06.1). For organizations required to submit EEO-5 reports, the EEO-4 or EEO-5 Report field on Company (HR00) must be set to EEO-5 Report (T).

To define the EEO-5 School/District

Access EEO-5 Single School/Districts (PA93.5) or EE0-5 Multiple Schools/Districts (PA93.6). If your HR company is set up so all Process Levels (HR01) for a company would run for a single school or district, use EEO-5 Single Schools/Districts (PA93.5). If all of your process levels are not reporting under the HR Company, use EE0-5 Multiple Schools/District (PA93.6).
Use the following guidelines to enter field values:

Company

Select a Company as defined inCompany (HR00.1).

School or District ID

Select the School or District ID as defined in EEO-1 Multi-Establishment (PR93.2).

Entity Type

Select from Headquarters or Establishment (on EE0-5 Multiple Schools/Districts (PA93.6) only).

Type of Agency

Select from Local Public School System, Special or Regional Agency, State Education Agency, or Other.

October 1st Enrollment

Enrollment for the selected schools/district as of October 1st of the reporting period.
