Overriding health and safety test eligibility

You can override test eligibility. This lets you schedule an employee for a test for which they were not originally eligible, or prevent an employee from being scheduled for a test for which the employee is eligible.

To override health and safety test eligibility

  1. Access Employee Test Eligibility Override (PA49.2).
  2. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Test

    Select a test for which to override the employee eligibility. This is a required field.

    Elig (Eligible)

    Select the value that indicates whether the employee is eligible for the test. This is a required field.

    If you select Yes, the employee is eligible for test scheduling regardless of eligibility rules established on Test Setup (PA48.1). If you select No, the employee is not eligible for test scheduling.

  3. Select the Change form function.
