Assigning job and position codes to a health and safety test

You can override eligibility for certain employees. Overriding health and safety test eligibility

Assign eligibility or ineligibility to job codes and position codes for a particular safety test. When you specify eligibility or ineligibility for a job or position code, you determine whether employees who hold a job or position should or should not take the test.

To enter information on Test Eligibility-Positions, Jobs (PA48.3), you must select Yes in the Position, Job field from the Eligibility tab on Test Setup (PA48.1).

To assign job and position codes to a health and safety test

  1. Access Test Eligibility - Positions and Jobs (PA48.3).
  2. In the Job Code field, select a job code to include or exclude in eligibility. If you select a job code, you cannot select a position in this line.
  3. In the Position field, select a position to include or exclude in eligibility. If you select a position, you cannot select a job code on this line.
  4. In the Eligible field, select the value that indicates whether the job or position is eligible to take the test.
  5. Select the Add form function.
