Options for adding comments

The following options are available from Prior Work History (PA19.1).

• Click the Comments button to access Comments (HR90.1) and type comments about the employee's prior work history.

• Click the Base Curr button to access Base Currency (PA19.2). Use Base Currency (PA19.2) to view the pay in the company's base currency, change the pay in the base currency, recalculate the pay using another exchange rate, or access Currency Calculation (HR79.1) to perform "what if" scenarios using different exchange rates.
