Mass registering by employee group

Enroll employee groups into sessions. All the employees in the group are registered if they meet the course prerequisites. If any one of the employees do not meet the course prerequisites, none of the employees in the group are registered. Run the report in the Report Only update mode to view the employees who have not completed the course prerequisites. You can register the employees anyway. Registering by session override

To mass register by employee group

  1. Access Group Session Registration (TR120).
  2. In the Parameter section, use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Course

    Select the course. This is a required field.

    Session

    Select the session. This is a required field.

    Start Date

    After selecting a session number in the Session field, the sessions's start date defaults.

    Company

    Select the company in which the employee group exists. This is a required field.

    Group Name

    Select the employee group. This is a required field.

    Update

    Run the report in Report Only mode to see the employees who have not completed the course prerequisites. If you select Update, the report updates Group Session Registration (TR120). We recommend that you select Report Only to review the report before selecting Update.

  3. Submit the report.
