Defining personnel action reason codes

Personnel Action reason codes give a reason for the personnel action.

To define a personnel action reason code

  1. Access Personnel Action Reason Codes (PA57.1).
  2. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Reason

    Type a code that represents information you want to track.

    Description

    Type the description to further define the information.

    Active

    Select if the code is active or inactive.

  3. Select the Add form function.
