Tracking interview information

Schedule an applicant for a test, record test results, and track follow-up information.

If an applicant is hired through a personnel action, information about tests which are also available to employees will transfer to Employee Tests (PA49.1). Personnel actions

Tests need to be defined before tracking applicant tests. Defining health and safety test administration rules

To track applicant tests

  1. Access Applicant Tests (PA49.3).
  2. Complete the form using use the following guidelines:
    Test

    Select a test for the applicant.

    Schedule Date

    Type a date on which the applicant should take the test.

    Status

    Select a status for the test. After you select the Completed status, you have the option to enter follow-up information.

    Status As Of

    Type a date on which the status is effective.

    Results

    Select a result for the test. If the status is not complete, Results cannot be entered.

  3. Select the Change form function.
