Available prerequisites in Training Administration

A prerequisite will limit participation in a course. Define up to seven types of prerequisites.

  • Course - A course prerequisite indicates other courses that must be completed before registering for a session in the course.

  • Employee group - An employee group prerequisite indicates the group to which an employee must belong before registering for a session in the course. For more information on defining employee groups, see the Infor Human Resources User Guide.

  • Service - A service prerequisite indicates the length of time an employee must be employed before registering for a session in the course.

  • Competencies - A competency prerequisite indicates a competency an employee must have before registering for a session in the course. Your organization defines what is meant by each competency. Competencies There are four possible competency prerequisites.
