Registering employees for a session

To sign an employee up for training, you need to register the employee for a specific session of a course. Use this form to register employees in a session or, if you use the wait list option, place them on a wait list. Before the employee is enrolled in a session, the application ensures the employee has met the course's prerequisites. If the session is full, you get a warning message.

To register employees for a session

  1. Access Session Registration (TR20.1).
  2. In the Course field, select the course.
  3. In the Session field, select the session. The start date of the session will default into the Start Date field.
  4. In the Company field, select the employee's company.
  5. In the Registrant Information section, use the following fields to enter field values:
    Employee

    Select the employee to register.

    Status

    Select the employee's registration status. Use the status field to place someone on the waiting list, cancel registration, or update to confirmed. This is a required field.

    Ap (Approved)

    Select whether the employee has approval to register for the course. This is for information only.

  6. Select the Add form function.
