Which salary range is used for the Wage Analysis Report?

Personnel Administration follows a path to determine which salary range to use for the Wage Analysis Report. The following list explains the path.

  1. Personnel Administration looks first to the employee record for the job code, schedule and grade.

  2. If the employee has no schedule and grade, Personnel Administration goes to the job code record and looks for the schedule, grade or both.

  3. If there is no grade range schedule, Personnel Administration looks to the job code salary range.
