Assigning a track to a job code

Assign tracks to employees with the same job code.

To assign tracks to job codes

  1. Access Job Code Track (TR114).
  2. In the Parameters section, use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Company

    Select the employee group's company. This is a required field.

    Job Code

    Select the job code. This is a required field.

    Primary Job Only

    Select whether to assign the track to employees who use the job code only for their primary (Level 1) jobs. If you select No, the track is assigned to employees who currently use the job code for any job level. This is a required field.

    Type

    Select whether the required training is a track or course. This is a required field.

    Track or Course

    Select the track or course. This is a required field.

    Exclude, Include

    Select whether to include or exclude specific company statuses.

    Status

    Select the status codes to include in or exclude from processing.

    You can select up to 10 statuses for inclusion or exclusion.

    Update

    If you select Report Only, the application lists pending actions for your review. If you select Update, the report updates Job Code Track (TR114). We recommend that you select Report Only to review the report before selecting Update.

  3. Submit the report.
