Defining medical information

Note: If an applicant is hired through a personnel action, information from Applicant Medical (PA40.1) transfers.

Track information about an employee's physical exams, height, weight, blood type, and emergency medical conditions.

To define medical information

  1. Access Medical (PA15.1).
  2. Complete the form using the following guidelines:
    Primary Care Physician

    Select the employee's primary care physician.

    Last Physical

    Type the date of the employee's last physical examination.

    Next Physical

    Type the date of the employee's next physical examination.

    Physical Schedule

    Select the frequency of the employee's required physical examinations.

    Medical

    If the employee has any emergency medical conditions, select the applicable emergency medical code. You have the option of entering the same medical code several times using different date ranges.

    Begin

    Type the beginning date of the emergency medical condition.

    End

    Type the end date of the emergency medical condition.

  3. Select the Add form function.
