Options for defining additional information

The following options are available from Individual Action (PA52.1).

• Click the Comments button to access Personnel Action Comments (PA56.1). If the action is updated immediately, add the comments once and comments are not accessed again. When you save a pending action, click the Comments button to define comments about the action. Maintain comments until you run Action Update (PA100) and update the action.

• On the Parameters tab, Main subtab, click the Curr Calc (Currency Calculation) button to access Currency Calculation (HR79.1) and perform exchange rate calculations.
