Rule

When you create a plan structure, you will use rules for service, accrual, eligibility, and so on. These rules apply to an employee group. This set of rules comprises the plan structure for the employee group. Rules can be used by more than one plan structure.

Six rules can be defined per structure. The following rules are required by each plan structure:

  • Service Rule

  • Accrual Rule

  • Limit Rule

The following rules are optional for each plan structure:

  • Eligibility Rule

  • Payroll Rule

  • GL Liability Rule
