Table basis

When you define a plan, you determine the balance type, table basis, enrollment type, and accrual option. The balance type determines if balances are stored by structure group or by position within a structure group. The table basis determines if length of service used for accrual, allotment, limit, and GL liability calculations is based on cycles or hours. If length of service is hours-based, you can control which hours count toward service.
