Running a FAS 13 test on interfaced leases

Note: Because interfacing usually involves multiple leases, the batch test method is often better suited for interfaced leases.

The Lease Management application gives you the option to select a lease classification directly on your interface file or to let the application make that determination by running a FAS 13 test. You can run a FAS 13 test one lease at a time or multiple leases at a time.

Note: You must interface a lease and associated lease payment schedule before you can run a FAS 13 test.
