Creating a lease automatic list

Use this procedure to create attribute lists that contain a set of attributes and value ranges that are used to select a collection of leases for reporting and processing.

Note: You need to define the attributes before you can use them in a list. Also, you must assign the appropriate attribute values to any lease that you want to become a member of a list.

Select List (MX10.1).
Click New List.
Specify this information:

Object Type

Select the object type that you will define a list.

List

Select a list name and provide a description of the list.

User Analysis

Select a user analysis that you will associate with the list. You must select a user analysis if you are defining a user analysis list.
On the Sort by Attribute tab, select the attribute that you will include in the list. If you are defining a manual list, then leave this field blank.
On MX10.1, specify this information:

Attribute

Select the attribute or attributes that you will include in the template.

Value range

For each attribute, select a value range. The values must be consistent with the data type and value range that is defined for the attribute on MX00.1.

Or Group

If this field is blank, then the relationship between the attributes is an AND relationship. A lease belongs to the list if it satisfies all the attribute values.

You can specify 1 to indicate an OR relationship. A lease belongs to the list if it satisfies any of the attribute values.

Note: To change the Or Group field value, delete the attribute line first, then redefine it with the new Or Group value.
Click Preview to open Query List Members (LM23.3) and preview the current list members.

Note: If the list is automatic, then it must be updated each time that you use the Preview button from this form or from Lease Management.
